Our story
From a two room daycare to a full pet resort
2014
Two rooms and six dogs
Mia opened a tiny daycare behind her flat with six regulars and a lot of tennis balls.
2017
A grooming salon of our own
Our first certified groomer joined, and Fear Free handling became the rule for every visit.
2020
Private overnight suites
We built twelve suites so regulars could stay the night with people they already trust.
2023
A quiet cat loft
Cats got their own dog free floor, with window perches, shelves and their own carers.
2026
Still the same team
A bigger building, the same faces at the front desk and the same promise to every guest.
What we believe
Four promises we keep for every guest
