Bookings and deposits
A booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation and pay the deposit. Deposits are taken off the total at pickup.
Vaccinations and health
Every guest needs up to date vaccinations and a completed meet and greet. Please tell us about any medical, behaviour or diet needs before drop off.
Cancellations
Cancel at least 48 hours before drop off for a full refund of the deposit. Later cancellations keep the deposit, but you can move your dates once for free.
Care and vet visits
If your pet seems unwell we contact you first and, if needed, take them to your vet or our partner vet. Vet costs are paid by the owner.
Pickup and late fees
Pickups are between 7am and 7pm. A late pickup fee applies after 7pm unless you arranged it with us in advance. Questions? Email us any time.
